Melanie has been working in the film industry since 1990 and has insight into various areas. Currently General Manager at Images and Sounds, she started out with Discreet Logic and Softimage (Software developer) as a demo artist and trainer, then worked in various countries around the globe in post production before ending up in New Zealand about 10 years ago. Melanie says, "NZ is such a pioneer country and is brimming with opportunities. It encouraged me to get back into studying and learn about business and entrepreneurship as well as coaching and mentoring people in business. I feel extremely priviledged to be leading such an amazing team at Images & Sound. It is certainly a very well rounded happy place that has a lot to offer."
