The ideal person for this role will have had a wealth of
experience on drama and factual shoots. They will be comfortable
tutoring lighting and a bit of sound as well. The role is just
under a half-time job and usually done in 2-3 week blocks, although
this can change.
Sound Recordist

The ideal person has extensive sound recording experience both
in the field and in the studio. Having post experience would
be fantastic (EIT uses protools). This is a new position so the
hours are yet to be confirmed.

EIT is based in Taradale in Hawke's Bay…the home of
sunshine, wine and an easy lifestyle. EIT offers a one-year
diploma in Screen Production which leads into a two year diploma,
which then leads into a Bachelor's degree in Creative Practice. The
courses are very hands on and EIT aims to have students-industry
ready.
