Patricia Neal, who won an Oscar for her role in the 1963 film Hud, died of lung cancer on Sunday August 9th 2010. Neal began her film career in 1949 in the film John Loves Mary and starred in such notable films as The Fountainhead, The Day The Earth Stood Still, A Face In The Crowd and Breakfast At Tiffany's. Neal had roles on TV as well as on the stage in Broadway productions such as Another Part Of The Forest for which she received a Tony award.
