Senior Cinetape Operator

Images & Sound, one of NZ's leading post production facilities, is looking for a Senior Cinetape Operator to join their team. The ideal candidate will have an intimate working knowledge of all broadcast tape formats particularly HDSR, HDCam, DigiBeta and also experience with Avid and Final Cut Pro and other associated skills.

Key responsibilities include:

• Prepare release dubs of programmes and TVC's to required specifications
  
  
• Tape to tape editing
  
  
• DVD Authoring
  
  
• Data input and tape loading (including AVID/Final cut logging & digitising)
  
  
• Data management of projects including FTP uploading and downloading.
  
  
• Quality control of all tapes leaving Images & Sound, including ensuring all labelling is clear and concise, and spot checking of all dubs both TVC and programmes
  
  
• Assist Operators with tape and machine requirements.
