The Inside Story is a unique DVDROM created especially for English and Media Studies teachers by WIFT member Susan Battye of Drama Magic Ltd and WIFT partner South Pacific Pictures Ltd. Many other WIFT members were involved in this project, including key production personnel: Mairi Gunn, Ellen Kerssens, Jessica Wiseman, Pip Lovell-Smith, and Tamar M�nch.
The Inside Story incorporates NCEA resources for Years 11 to 13, a Teacher's fast access index, plus print, audio, still image and video material and Activities. The unique resource, which consists of video clips from Whale Rider, Sione's Wedding, Maddigan's Quest, Shortland Street, NZ Idol and Outrageous Fortune, and interviews with 10 related production personnel, including executive producer Rachel Lang, is currently on sale at a special introductory price until December 1 2009 of $399.95.
