THE EDGE (Manager of the Aotea Centre, The Civic, Auckland Town Hall and Aotea Square) is seeking an innovative and organised event manager with good commercial acumen to fill the full time position of Aotea Square Programme Manager. In this role you will work with local cultural, recreational and commercial organisations to curate and proactively activate day to day programmes in Aotea Square. Securing a diverse range of clients you will manage the bookings process in close liaison with Auckland City Events and precinct partners and provide excellent account management and customer service to external clients. Experience in event and financial management is necessary as is the willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
