Fundraiser/ Production Assistant

Gibson Solutions are looking for a keen driven fundraiser/ production assistant to work on an exciting documentary project that is currently in production. They are in the process of raising funds for the production that we wish to shoot in September 2010. The aim of this project is to create a documentary that takes you on a journey of discovery into the making of an electric car.

Your main duties will be:

• applying for grants, approaching business for sponsorship, research prices for car parts (some car knowledge will be helpful) and being the go between between the producer, crew and sponsors till the production manager comes on board later in the project.
• A fee will be paid to the freelancer from the funds raised. We foresee the position lasting anywhere from two weeks to several months depending on results.
