Oktobor Animation is currently in production on long-from broadcast CG animation for Nickelodeon, the global broadcast network reaching more than 400 million viewers worldwide. They are seeking a few Maya character animators to join their team on shows such as THE PENGUINS OF MADAGASCAR and the brand new Nickelodeon CG series ROBOT & MONSTER. Animators on those teams will get first look on TEENAGE MUTANT NINJA TURTLES starting early/mid 2011.
All skill levels are welcome to apply. Production experience is of course preferred, but not required if your latest animation reel shows that you've got what it takes! This is also a great opportunity for motivated new local talent to gain experience, get a foot in the door, and show the world what you can do in well run productions. Practice your craft under a stellar animation director in a creative atmosphere on fun and polished Emmy award winning shows your friends and family can see all around the globe. Applicants require proficiency in Autodesk Maya and should display understanding of character performance in animation.
