As part of the Wellington Fringe, BATS Theatre in Wellington has a bold piece of theatre that we like the look of, and might be of interest to you WIFT members who can get along. Hot off the world premiere at the Melbourne Fringe Festival 2010 comes Motherlock, a bold piece of contemporary theatre based on the true experiences of New Zealand playwright Melissa Fergusson. The show follows one woman's journey through four pregnancies to different British men. Motherlock is a bold piece of modern theatre that brazenly meets the contemporary issues of modern women.
