The Tipping Point Film Fund is a not for profit co-operative raising donations from individuals, groups and organisations who believe in using the power of film to make change. They say "We support provocative and challenging non-fiction films with an international reach. We provide development and production funding, as well as campaigning outreach support to each film we work with.
