Women Directors Good for Business

A recent story on Stuff should be mandatory reading for male CEOs across the country.
Dr Stuart Locke, director of Waikato University's Institute for Business Research, says if shareholders don't wake up to the fact that women on boards of directors improves financial performance, we'll have more to worry about than whether we win the Rugby World Cup.

The institute analysed 10 years of data from New Zealand Stock Exchange companies and found that increasing the number of women on boards increased financial performance. Read the full article here.
