Prepared by the hotel's executive chef, Jinu Abraham, the delicious celebration menu will be available all evening in the hotel's Hectors restaurant, lobby level at Heritage Auckland, 35 Hobson Street.
The menu is suitable for vegans and vegetarians alike and prepared with the great care and focus by Heritage Auckland's culinary team who have shown a commitment to creative dining for vegans and vegetarians for several years.
