An opening exists for the position of Broadcast Scheduling Administrator, at the MediaWorks Auckland office.

The primary functions of the position are:

  • The proficient operation of IBMS Content
  • Regular contact with Sales and Programming
  • Liaising with Promos, Appraisers, Sport, News, Sponsorship
  • Building and maintenance of On-Air Advance and Daily Schedules
  • Instructing Programme adjustments necessary for on-air play-out
  • Filling in Music Returns
  • On Air Coordinator shifts from time to time as requested

The successful applicant will have previous television experience including a good understanding of the Presentation/On-Air environment.

You will be highly computer literate, enthusiastic, focused, and career oriented, with a natural inclination towards customer service and attention to detail.
