Maori Television Service, New Zealand's national indigenous broadcaster has vacancies to fill in its video editing team.
1. Video Editor - Intermediate/Senior Level
Maori Television is seeking an Intermediate / Senior level Video Editor with at least four years' broadcast editing experience and strong Avid editing skills (on-lining, effects editing and colour-grading).
The successful candidate will be a confident technical trouble-shooter with a strong grasp of broadcast standards and a willingness to mentor junior editors. Duties will include cutting items for News, Current Affairs and General Programmes.
2. Video Editor - Junior Level
Maori Television is seeking a Junior Video Editor with at least two years' broadcast editing experience. The successful candidate will have an understanding of broadcast standards and the ability to learn quickly. Duties will include cutting items for News and General Programmes.
