Oceania Pitch 2014 will take place during FIFO 2014, from February 4th to 9th 2014.
The organisers are looking for oceanian documentary film projects of all lengths in development or production phase.
Once again they will be inviting major international commissioning editors who will be working with the pitchers, preparing them to pitch in front of a larger audience - this workshop will be taking place just before the pitch, from February 4th to 6th.
The coach for 2014 will be Hind Saih, an experienced and renowned producer from Paris, who is also involved in the Media Programme in Brussels, accent on new media.
Besides commissioners from New Zealand, France and Australia, they will be welcoming representatives from most of the pacific countries - such as Fiji TV, Cook islands tv, Tonga (Digitv), Samoa, Vanuatus, Solomons, PNG and, of course, representatives from France �, the major french overseas channel - Polynesie 1ere, Caledonei 1ere and Walles et Futuna 1ere.
They will choose the most promising among nine presented projects which will be awarded
a cash prize of 1000 �.
