FESTIVAL COORDINATOR (MATERNITY COVER) SOUGHT
Show Me Shorts is New Zealand's only Academy Awards accredited film festival, screening the best short films from New Zealand and around the world, in cinemas nationwide every November. You will be part of a highly motivated, fun and interesting team of people who run the Show Me Shorts festival each year. The tasks required in this role will be varied and challenging, with great opportunities to learn more about the film industry and engage at all levels. You will be required to work both independently and as part of the team.

JILHAVA IDFF CALL FOR SUBMISSIONS
Submissions are now open for the 18th Jihlava International Documentary Film Festival 2014, celebration of creative documentary film and the largest event of its kind in Central and Eastern Europe, taking place on October 23 - 28 in the Czech Republic. This festival is said to approach documentary films primarily as unique artworks dealing with significant topics.

2014 ACADEMY NICHOLL FELLOWSHIPS IN SCREENWRITING
Applications are now open for the 2014 Academy Nicholl Fellowships in screenwriting competition. Up to five US$35,000 fellowships will be awarded in November.
