Bored with Hollywood blockbusters?  Over trite English comedies? Short of time to view anything???

Try some homegrown talent instead!  Ten distinctive three-minute documentaries have just been launched online on the Loading Docs website ( www.loadingdocs.net) and are available to share and embed via Vimeo.

Congratulations to WIFT members Julia Parnell and Anna Jackson for this wonderful initiative.  We look forward to seeing it back again next year.

Under the Public Records Act 2005, members of the public have the opportunity to comment on recommendations for the disposal of records.


Agency Name: Television New Zealand Archive, Ministry for Culture and Heritage

General Description:

This appraisal covers public records of the Television New Zealand (TVNZ) Archive to be transferred in to the control of the Ministry for Culture and Heritage (MCH) under section s20(1)(a) of the Public Records Act 2005 (PRA) and the evaluation of records for eventual transfer of control of public records of archival value from the Ministry for Culture and Heritage to the Chief Archivist under s20(1)(b) of the PRA.(Public Records Act)

An appraisal of these records is required to ensure legal disposal of the records of the TVNZ Archive once it has been divested by Television New Zealand.
