If you are interested in finding out more about the Hobsonville studio proposal and want to feed in to what the studio complex could look like and its potential, then mark this event in your diary.

Auckland Council has given the green light to look at developing a film studio campus on 10 hectares of rate-payer-owned land at Hobsonville Pont, as long as commercially viable plan is on the table by October 31st, 2015.

There will be two parts to the evening:

6.30pm - Presentation by ATEED about the Hobsonville Studio proposal. This includes a background on the project, timeline, and what needs to happen to make it a reality.

7.30pm - Discussion groups - your chance to provide feedback and suggestions for the proposal.

As a member of the local Auckland film industry this is a chance to have your voice heard, engage with ATEED on what your industry needs from a state-of-the-art studio campus, and build on the momentum gained from the work done to secure the tax incentives. This is an opportunity to maintain a strong industry voice!

Anyone involved in the industry is welcome, especially HODs and supply groups.

No cost to attend, but space is limited so please RSVP to guarantee your seat!
