Australian International Documentary Conference (AIDC) 2016, Pitching Competition is calling for entries

The FACTory is a new pitching event for nonfiction screen content happening on Wednesday 2 March, the final day of AIDC 2016, in Melbourne. The event provides a unique opportunity for filmmakers to pitch ideas to local and international decision makers --  including digital media publishers, subscription and free-to-air broadcasters, sales agencies and distributors -- in a dynamic open forum.

The FACTory is open to any non-fiction screen project seeking finance, including documentary shorts, one-off feature documentaries, documentary series and specialist factual programmes. Project pitch submissions for The FACTory are open at www.aidc.com.au.

The NZFC will cover the costs (up to $2,000 per person) for two teams (four people) to attend AIDC if their feature film project is selected to pitch at the FACTory.

You can read more about this opportunity  here.
