$80 a week (negotiable, plus gst) includes:

  • Sole use of your very own lockable 3m x 3.4m office or clinic space
  • Two off road car spaces
  • Security & fire safety & building insurances
  • Basic cleaning - vacuuming, emptying rubbish
  • Housekeeping - coffee, tea, kitchen & bathroom supplies
  • Utilities - electricity, water
  • Use of training room on occasion, booked as a paying user, at a very reasonable rate
  • Shared reception, with someone available 9am to 4pm, Mon to Fri, to greet your clients/customers before they are directed to you
  • Wireless internet is also available for an additional $5 a week (plus gst)

As a completely women-only and women-friendly space, the Auckland Women's Centre would prefer to sublet to a tenant who endorses and supports the empowerment and wellbeing of all women.
