Posted Tuesday 10 May 2016

SF3 is Australia's only international smartphone film festival for filmmakers of all ages and it is now open for entries - and they are actively seeking entries from NZ female filmmakers.

As long as your film is shot entirely on a smartphone or tablet and is within the six and a half minute time limit your film is eligible for submission. Everyone has a great idea for a short film and a potential movie camera in their pockets so no excuses. Here's your chance to start filming! Enter at www.sf3.com.au

SF3 are offering an exciting array of prizes as well as the chance to have your film screened at the Gala Finals Event at Chauvel Cinema in Sydney, Australia on August 26, 2016. Plus some of last year's films have been invited to screen around the world. The opportunities are endless for smartphone filmmakers, so pull your phone out of your pocket and start filming, it really is that easy!
