The New Zealand Dance Company is Aotearoa's freshest dance company with a long-term vision to create a permanent high calibre national contemporary dance company. We are a growing organisation and we are currently looking for an experienced finance and HR professional who can provide business support to the team.
It is really important to us is that this business support person is committed to helping us reach our vision which is the genuine desire to change the way New Zealanders see and experience contemporary dance. We are a not for profit organisation so it is equally important that people who work for us understand our values and goals and are prepared to go the extra mile. We are looking for positive individuals but people who enjoy being part of a team.
The role reports direct to the CEO and her E.A. but also provides information to other team members. We are governed by a Board, so attendance at Board meetings may be required. There is flexibility around weekly hours but between 15-20 hours over a minimum of three days.
