Set in Auckland, this unique film is directed and written by inspirational award winning film-maker and WIFT NZ founding committee member Athina Tsoulis. Athina is an Associate Professor at Unitec and over 100 students were involved in the production of this romantic comedy.
The movie stars talented young actor and opera singer Leila Alexander in the lead. Leila is also about to be admitted to the bar as a lawyer. Supporting cast includes Colin Mathura-Jeffree, Eli Matthewson, Tarun Mohanbai, Janson Ryan amongst many others.
This is the third feature film (Jinx Sister & I'll Make You Happy) for Athina, who is originally from Greece and has settled in New Zealand for over thirty years. She is also a founding member of the Directors and Editors Guild of New Zealand.
