A big round of applause to director Zoe McIntosh and producer Hamish Mortland whose short film, The World in Your Window, won the Show Me Shorts WatchMe People's Choice Award. Hundreds of votes were cast by audience members who attended screenings across New Zealand. Prizes include $1,500 cash, an engraved bronze badge, plus a copy of Final Draft screenwriting software and a bottle of Opawa wine which, used together, could make for an interesting screenplay! And if you haven't seen it, and are venturing south this January, be sure to venture waaaay down south to Stewart Island, where The World in Your Window will be on the big screen for the last time during its cinema run.
