Big congratulations to WIFT member Sarah Cordery, whose documentary feature film notes to eternity has been selected to screen in the Documentary Panorama section of the Belfast Film Festival, 31 March-8 April 2017.
The film had a successful limited theatrical release in New Zealand in 2016, screening in more than 30 locations around the country. It is an impressionistic meditation on the Israel-Palestine conflict, centering on the lives and ideas of four renowned critics of Israeli policy: Noam Chomsky, Sara Roy, Norman Finkelstein and Robert Fisk.
2017 is the 17th edition of the Belfast Film Festival. It's been described as "entertaining and provocative" and in many cases "providing an important platform for debate across the religious, social and cultural divides in Northern Ireland".
Sara Roy is attending the festival from Boston, and will take part in a Q&A after the film's screening.
