DEADLINE REMINDER: THE DATA BOOK 2017/18 PRINT EDITION
It ain't often you get something for nothing - especially if that something could help you find work! So if you haven't already hooked into what The Data Book offers, or you haven't gotten around to renewing your listing, listen up.
The Data Book, New Zealand's leading screen production industry directory, is reminding New Zealand industry professionals that the rollover deadline for the annual print edition is coming up fast: Wednesday May 31, 2017.
Listings options in The Data Book are many and varied, from the standard Free listing (which includes a single category online and in the print edition) right up to the Elite option for those businesses wanting a more comprehensive profile. (Click here for more about advertisting options.)

The Data Book publisher Kelly Lucas says: "We print 600 copies of the hard-copy edition of The Data Book each year and these are distributed to industry decision makers at the annual SPADA conference as well as to companies throughout New Zealand and to key players internationally."
Furthermore, The Data Book's online traffic remains consistently high with more than 4300 unique users per month visiting www.databook.co.nz (an increase of 25% on the previous year) as well as 32,000 page views per month. "These are users looking to hire screen industry professionals and includes 1000 users searching from overseas. However, the vast majority of our traffic comes from local searches," explains Lucas.
The Data Book invests significantly in targeted online advertising via services such as Google Ad Words in order to promote the website and maximise exposure for its members. And soon, the company will unveil a brand new website that will deliver added functionality and an enhanced user experience.
