Know any filmmakers under 30? Encourage them to enter the Emmys!

Our counterparts at WIF in Los Angeles have sent us information about a new International Emmy Award category specially designed for young international filmmakers. It's the JCS Young Creatives Award Competition, open to non-US citizens between the ages of 18-29 - and the three winners will be flown to New York for the award ceremony.

Entrants must submit a one-minute video on the theme of the year. The theme for 2017 is "Women Peacemakers". The competition opens June 15, 2017. Find out more about the competition.
