Even if you don't have a single dance-bone in your body - this film will make you want to bust a move or two! Choreographed by world champion Parris Goebel, and featuring some of the best hip hop dancers in the world, Born to Dance turns a classic follow-your-dreams dance story into something special with electrifying choreography and an incredible troupe of dancers. Produced by Jill Macnab and Louise Saunders, and Daniel Story and directed by Tammy Davis, the film tells the story of Tu Kaea (champion hip hop dancer Tia Maipi, above right), an ambitious young man from a poor Auckland suburb, who must learn what it really means to make his own breaks if he is to achieve his dream of being a professional hip-hop dancer.
