Now people, this just won't do! We have it on good authority that 85% of the films submitted to the Down Under Berlin Festival so far are from Australia! So you have until 29 April - yes, that's this Sunday - to submit your film to what is described as 'Europe's leading festival for Australian & New Zealand film'. If you qualify, it's a unique chance to present your film in front of an international audience. Filmmakers in the competition are eligible for Best Film and Best Short Film audience awards, while short film makers will also get the chance to compete in the epic Battle of the Shorts: Australia vs New Zealand. The festival, now in it's eighth year, runs from 19-23 September 2018.
