After eight years at the helm of Script-To-Screen, Esther Cahill-Chiaroni (pictured below) is moving on. We wish her all the very best, and we know many of you benefited from her support and commitment to emerging talent, and to championing voices underrepresented in our screen storytelling industry. Cahill-Chiaroni co-created and has led the Big Screen Symposium since 2012, and in 2013 Script to Screen launched its FilmUp Programme - the first of a number of comprehensive filmmaker talent development programmes designed and led by her, that includes Story Camp Aotearoa, South Shorts Mentorship Programme and, this year for the first time, Episodic Lab Aotearoa.
