What's hot from Cannes at the NZIFF this year? A delicious selection of 25 films has been confirmed, including eight from the Competition section of the festival - amongst them are Jury Prize winners (tied) Les Mis�rables and Bacurau. NZIFF's 2019 Cannes selections also feature Portrait of a Lady on Fire, the winner of both the Queer Palm (Feature) and Best Screenplay; Elia Suleiman's It Must Be Heaven, which received a Special Mention of the Jury; and Brazilian director Karim A�nouz's glorious Un Certain Regard winner, The Invisible Life of Euridice Gusmao, pictured below.
