Climate change theme for Mobile Film Festival

The Mobile Film Festival is back with the rules that made it famous: 1 Mobile, 1 Minute, 1 Film. This year the theme is 'act now on climate change'. Be in to win awards including best director and best screenplay, and special grants to help you write and produce a longer version of your film. Entries close 16 October, 2019.

Awards & Prizes
- 2 x �20 000 granted by YouTube Creators for Change to produce a film in a year with a producer
- 2 x �3 000 granted by the French Film Center (CNC) for screenwriting residencies.
- High internet visibility (21 000 000 views in 2 months in 2019).

Programming assistants wanted for MWFF

The Melbourne Women's Film Festival is looking for up to four Programming Assistants for volunteer rolesof between 15-20 hours during September-October. Hours are casual/flexible and work can be completed remotely. The roles report to the Festival Coordinators and Festival Director. Programming Assistants are responsible for viewing a selection of short film submissions and providing valuable feedback to help shape MWFF2020.
