Calling all documentary makers! WFTV member Kathryn Hubbard works for Guinness World Records and would like to spread the word that GWR is looking to expand its catalogue to include programming made by third-party producers. So, if you've made a documentary that shows amazing and incredible people, places or accomplishments from around the globe that tie into their brand values, send it in! Apply for the Wellington Write Room residency!

Yes, there's good news for screenwriters! You have until 20 April to get your submissions in to the 12-week Wellington Write Room residency, which is run in partnership with Toi Poneke Art Centre and Wellington City Council. The programme offers a Wellington screenwriter 12 weeks support to work on a draft of their script and includes includes mentoring from Rob Sarkies (Out of the Blue, Jean, Consent), Vicky Pope (Savage, Trouble Is My Business, Gardening with Soul) and Desray Armstrong (Stray, Juniper, Millie Lies Low), a stipend of $6450 (gross) for the 12-week period (from 20 July - 11 Oct 2020), and a room to write in during the programme.
