Applications open for Pan Asian Screen Development Lab

Posted Wednesday 04 Mar 2020

The Pan-Asian Screen Collective (PASC) is offering a Short Cuts Lab designed to empower Pan-Asian practitioners to tell scripted stories most important to them. Up to eight teams will be chosen to attend a 2.5 day development lab to dig deeper and strengthen their projects together with other Pan- Asian filmmakers and mentors. Three weeks later, applicants will resubmit their project for funding. One team will receive $15,000 in PASC production funding for their project.
PASC invites submissions from Pan-Asian practitioners who want to tell Asian stories or stories in which Asianness is not central to the narrative.
