We were thrilled to see Jennifer Ward Lealand Te Atamira was named as the 2020 Kiwibank New Zealander of the Year. Ward-Lealand, a M?ori advocate who is fluent in te reo, is the 11th recipient of the award. She was made a Companion of the New Zealand Order of Merit last year for her services to theatre, film, and television, including being an outspoken and determined advocate for actors' working conditions and pay.
