Good Pitch aims to create an ecosystem of change via social impact documentary projects. A global programme initiated by Doc Society (UK) in partnership with Sundance Institute and Ford Foundation, it's a productive hub connecting documentary filmmakers with new kinds of partners across society, offering new funding and distribution opportunities to reach larger audiences with strategic impact campaigns. Before its main programme next year, Good Pitch will run a series of events, The Future of Impact Producing, to help you get a better understanding of Good Pitch and its important elements. The first in this series runs this Saturday (3 October) at 1 pm as a FREE event. The session will include a screening of a short impact film, introduction of Good Pitch and a brief outline of the Good Pitch Aotearoa New Zealand in 2021.
Amelia Hapsari, a programme director of In-Docs and an executive director of Good Pitch Southeast Asia and Good Pitch Indonesia will share her insight and knowledge on Good Pitch at the first session.
