Communications and administration role

The Screen Music & Sound Guild is looking for a well organised, great communicator and administrator to join the Guild team.  This is a part time contract role on a trial basis likely for 10 - 15 hours a week @ $30 per hour.  The work can be done remotely and to fit in with your schedule but it would be useful if the candidate was based in Auckland to help out with events.

The ideal candidate would need to be:

  • A strong effective communicator - both written and spoken.
  • Web and social media savvy, primarily for website maintenance / member enquiries / Mailchimp & Facebook.
  • Reliable and consistent and able to work unsupervised remotely.
  • Passionate about the music / sound and/or film worlds.
  • Someone who is keen to become part of a team and grow with the organisation.
