April's busy month!

April Phillips must have been flat out in February! Her brand new short, The Odds, directed by Matt Sharp, is currently being submitted to international genre film festivals, and will have its cast and crew screening at The Roxy in Wellington this month. April wrote The Odds which was produced by her company Godiva Productions with Matthew Mawkes of Pelham Films.

Meanwhile, her short The Last Man on Earth which she wrote, directed and produced, recently screened at Screamfest in Hollywood. Screamfest is America's largest and longest-running horror film festival. In this intensely thought-provoking and compelling post apocalyptic setting, Phillips makes a personal statement in her latest film about the value of people with disabilities.  The film is proudly neuro-diverse and is guaranteed to both thrill and challenge!
