Calling all rangatahi with an interest in digital storytelling

The Māoriland Tech Creative Hub has put out a call for rangatahi aged 18 – 24 for its M.A.T.C.H Intensifier Pathway to the Tech Creative Industry programme.

The tech creative industry is one of the fastest growing and includes animation, gaming, VR/AR/XR, film, marketing, architecture and many more sectors.

The MATCH Intensifier programme offers:

A 6-week fee-free training programme delivered by industry experts.

Followed by a 12-week paid internship.

All in a Māori environment at the Māoriland Hub in Ōtaki.

Students will graduate with industry-endorsed qualifications and micro-credentials.

Workshops will include storytelling, drawing, 2D animation, Unreal Engine and other digital tools and access to industry networks to enable students to enter the industry.
