New appointments for Winstanley and Murray

A big round of applause for Chelsea Winstanley (Ngāti Ranginui and Ngāi Te Rangi) who has been appointed co-chair of the Arts Foundation Te Tumu Toi. The co-chair structure has been designed to better reflect the dual philanthropic and creative communities of the Foundation. Kent Gardner, co-founder and CEO of Evans Randall Investors, has also been appointed co-chair, and he will focus on philanthropy while Winstanley will focus on artists. Current chair Garth Gallaway is stepping down after a decade of governance.

And congratulations to Annie Murray (Te Arawa) for her appointment as Trustee of Ngā Taonga Sound & Vision. Murray is a senior television executive with many years of experience as a commissioner of local content for various broadcasters including Television New Zealand, Whakaata Māori and Sky.
