Toi Mai, the new Workforce Development Council responsible for the Creative, Cultural, Recreation and Technology industries, is looking for a range of awesome staff to come on board at the beginning of its exciting new journey.

Toi Mai covers the workforce development activities in relation to employers, vocational education providers, employees, learners, and people seeking to be employed, in work related to the Creative, Cultural, Recreation and Technology sectors.

One of Toi Mai’s key functions is to develop strategic relationships with specified industry sectors with a focus on partnering to ensure fit for purpose vocational training solutions are developed, based on an understanding of current and future sector workforce training and development needs. 

Toi Mai is seeking a Relationship Manager to help develop crucial on-the-job training supporting succession and sustainability. 

The position does not deal exclusively with the screen industry. The role will incorporate such a diverse range that applicants will be expected to have transferable skills.

The position can be based in Wellington or Auckland offices or remotely, and vacancies will remain open until filled. You must be legally entitled to work in NZ, and have a Covid-19 Vaccination Certificate/My Vaccine Pass in order to commence employment.
