Back in 2020 the Fulcrum Media Finance Woman to Watch Award went to Hweiling Ow for hitting the big league in the horror genre and her continued success developing projects as a writer, director, and producer. Now the multitalented Hweiling (she also acts) is directing the short Vivie, "a heartwarming tale about a woman's relationship with her body" - specifically her vagina. A 'vagina dialogue', if you will.
