WIFT members win at Asian Academy Creative Arts Awards

Well done to our members involved with Season 2 of Mystic which a Best Children’s Programme (One off/Series) Award at the Asian Academy Creative Arts Awards. Aidee Walker directed on the series and Kerry Roggio was one of the series' four editors.

The Awards are Asia-Pacific’s most prestigious acknowledgement for creative excellence, and the best of the best from 16 nations representing the region’s content industry gather each December, in Singapore, when the Lion City hosts the annual awards.

Aidee also won a Best Direction (Fiction) Award for her work on TVNZ’s Kid Sister, and the series was also a national winner for Best Comedy Programme.
Executive-produced by Harriet Crampton at Greenstone TV, with cinematography by WIFT member Tammy Williams, Kid Sister has also made the shortlist for Best Comedy and Drama Sitcom in the international Rose D'Or Awards.

Our fingers are crossed for the Rose D'Or Awards winners announcement on 28 November!
