Screenrights has announced six projects will be supported by the 2023 round of its annual Cultural Fund, to total $265,763 in funding for this year’s focus of ‘New Visions’. We congratulate Todd Karehana of Proud Voices On Screen for the successful application.
PVOS receives a $30,730 grant to develop the Queer Screen Development Toolkit which aims to provide support, guidance and resources for teams developing screen projects that feature queer themes, storylines, characters and actors.
The Screenrights Cultural Fund is an annual grant round that supports projects that foster the creation and appreciation of screen content in Australia and New Zealand with up to $50,000 of funding per initiative.
