The New Zealand Film Commission and Script to Screen initiative announced the three selected teams for Kōpere Hou Fresh Shorts Fund 2024.
Congratulations to WIFT members, writer Lynda Chanwai-Earle, director Jo Luping and producer Antony Gusscott, on their animation, drama, titled, I Duok om I Bohuntung – The Owl and the Rainbow. There were 119 applications received in total, so making it to the final three is an accomplishment!

For those whose projects weren’t selected, we encourage you not to be discouraged. Your passion and talent shine through, and we genuinely hope to see many of these captivating projects brought to life in the future.”
