The FVLB is looking to fill a part time role (approximately 20-25 hours per week) and is currently recruiting for an Operations Co-Ordinator to assist with daily administrative and operational tasks. The role provides support to the Daily Operations Manager and will be based in the FVLB office in Ponsonby Monday to Friday.
Key tasks the Operations Co-Ordinator will be charged with undertaking include but are not limited to;
Processing trailer, film and HE applications and raising invoices for submissions
Co-ordinating trailer sessions
Processing and filing label orders
Updating the FVLB website and publishing weekly information bulletins
Managing Classification Office applications
Ad-hoc project and reporting as required by the Daily Operations Manager, Board and Chair
Ideally the individual would possess the following skills and experience;
Administrative experience including exposure to Microsoft Office
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
Strong problem-solving abilities
Ability to liaise professionally with external agencies and industry stakeholders when required
A solid financial acumen and experience with invoice processing and reconciling accounts
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Legislative Knowledge of the Films, Videos, and Publications Classification Act 1993 is not important but would be beneficial.
