The NZCS are offering a collaboration between acclaimed cinematographer Denson Baker ACS NZCS, and lighting manufacturer Aputure, in a practical Lighting Masterclass that will include recreating some of his iconic imagery from the award winning TV series The Luminaries.
Saturday 14th June, 9.00am-5.00pm, Auckland.
Originally from New Zealand and a graduate of AFTRS, Denson Baker was accredited by the Australian Cinematographers Society in 2005 and the New Zealand Cinematographers Society in 2015.
This Masterclass will be in a studio environment with dressed sets and actors/models and a full crew building set-ups under Denson’s direction, as the audience observes and interacts. The set-ups will feature and showcase the versatility of Aputure Storm Series lighting units.
The event will be limited to only 24 NZCS members and 6 non-members.
