For those 10 minutes in the audition room, the role is yours—don’t miss the opportunity to bring your character to life. As an actor, your job is to reveal the character.
Here is an opportunity to join the Actors Studio, term 2, with Elena Stejko.
You will learn:
- How to discover the character within yourself
- How to analyse a character breakdown and interpret the script
- How to create space and fully embody the character on screen
- What casting directors are truly looking for in an audition
- The crucial impact of the first four seconds of your audition
At the end of the term, participants will have an incredible opportunity to work with a casting director.
The screen acting classes are rooted in the Michael Chekhov acting technique.
Term 2 begins the week of April 7th:
- Monday, April 7th – Beginners
- Tuesday, April 8th – Intermediate
- Wednesday, April 9th – Advanced
- Thursday, April 10th – Russian-language class
- Friday, April 11th – Online class
