The following Regional Film Offices are generously offering scholarships to attend Big Screen Symposium. These are designed to support screen practitioners who are facing financial barriers to attending — particularly those based outside of Auckland.

Film Whanganui – 1 scholarship (includes $600 travel/accommodation grant)
Film Otago Southland – 1 scholarship (includes $500 travel/accommodation grant)
Film Bay of Plenty – 2 scholarships (event ticket only, no travel grant)
Screen Wellington – 4 scholarships (includes $400 travel/accommodation grant)
All applicants must be available and able to commit to attend the full symposium.
