For Life | Ömür Boyu, a TRT World documentary from Mariam Chehab selected at DocEdge Festival.

The film follows Hind, a Palestinian woman determined to become a mother while her husband serves a life sentence in an Israeli prison. The couple resort to smuggling the husband's sperm out of prison for the wife to undergo IVF treatment. The journey unfolds into an intimate story of reproductive freedom, political imprisonment, love and resistance.

Following its international premiere at Visions du Réel and its selection for the Kraków Film Festival, the film will screen in Auckland and Wellington for DocEdge:
